Get to Know Us & Gabagool
We are an online business created in 2021 and based in Santa Fe. Our mission is to provide high quality charcuterie boards, boxes, and grazing tables for any event. Our products are made in our commercial kitchen located near the plaza, and we hope to open a store front soon that would bring us closer to the community while providing quality meats and cheeses with an artistic flare that is perfect for any occasion. We are also launching new online charcuterie concepts that can be shipped to your front door nation-wide. Follow our story on the blog page and feel free to contact us for all of your needs.
How Our Adventure Began
The idea of creating Gabagool came to us about a year ago during the holiday season - though in truth we had been thinking about starting a business like this for years. While enjoying some good wine with some charcuterie the perfect name came to us - Gabagool! That night we created the Gabaghoul, developed our first website, and applied for a business license. After catering events, creating boxes and platters for the various holidays and events, and struggling through website building, product development, shipping and logistics, and food safety, we were on our way. The rest was history!
A simple hand sketch turned into our official logo currently pending trademark. You will see it on our website and our products!
